PT. Sumber Bakat Insani was established in August 1996 and recognized as the biggest and most comprehensive Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Service company in Indonesia with an annual deployment of about 9,000 crewmembers.

SBI managed by professional and experienced team providing a one-stop solution services to our Principals from crew recruitment, document processing (including visa application), training, medical examination, and providing crew uniforms as required by the Principals as well as arranging airline tickets and all other pre-departure preparations.

Our company is supported by the latest information technology that maintains our state of the art database for prompt and punctual deployment.

We have been granted by the US Embassy to use their RDA software for online DS-160 visa application procedures. We are an ISO 9001:2015 and Maritime Labour Convention 2006 certified company.

Our head office is located in Jakarta with a branch office in Bali and our training center located in Cikarang, West Java.
