Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent degree.
• Extensive knowledge a good wine from the old and the new world. 
• Extensive practical knowledge of beverage operations and service.
• Extensive USPH and other international Public Health rules and regulations knowledge.
• Certification from the company's Basic Food Hygiene course. Achieving a minimum of 80% pass.
• Must maintain physical fitness to perform tasks associated with job.
• Ability to effectively read, write and speak English.
• English Marlins test at minimal score of 80%.
• Preferred: Experience in a 5 star+ hotel, cruise ship or high profile restaurant performing the functions of a similar position
