Requirements

• High School diploma or similar
  
• Extensive F&B knowledge of beverage operations and service.
• Extensive knowledge of public health and sanitation regulations.
• Must maintain physical fitness to perform tasks associated with job.
• Ability to effectively read, write and speak English.
• English Marlin test at minimal score of 80%.
• Preferred: Experience in a 5 star+ hotel, cruise ship or high profile hotel performing the functions of a similar position.
